This case is calendared for remote trial on June 14, 2024, during the Trial Session of the Court where Dallas, Texas is listed as the place of trial.

On May 29, 2024, Petitioner filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. Upon review, the Court noted an incorrect docket number listed on the Motion. On June 3, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties, at which time the continuance was discussed.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that Petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed with the Court on May 29, 2024, is stricken from the record of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, sua sponte, this case is stricken for remote trial on June 14, 2024, during the Trial Session of the Court where Dallas, Texas is listed as the place of trial. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court.
