Order, on reargument, directing examination of defendant Henry A. Pollack, individually and as an officer of the corporate defendant, before trial and the production of books and papers thereat, pursuant to section 296 of the Civil Practice Act, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, the examination to proceed on ten days' notice. No opinion. Hagarty, Acting P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ., concur.
