We REINSTATE this appeal. We received the trial court's supplemental clerk's record with the trial court's Findings and Recommendations in response to our December 11, 2023 order. We ORDER the official court reporter to file a supplemental reporter's record containing a transcript of the September 12, 2022 plea hearing by JANUARY 31, 2024. If the trial court's official court reporter is not the court reporter that made the record of that hearing, we ORDER the trial court to notify this Court of the court reporter's name without delay.
Appellant's brief will be due THIRTY days after the supplemental reporter's record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Tina Clinton, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court One; Sharyl Zeno, Official Court Reporter, Criminal District Court No. 1; and counsel for all parties.
