On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 1 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause Nos. F21-61853-H, F22-77208-H, F22-61127-H

ORDER

DENNISE GARCIA JUSTICE

Appellant's brief is overdue. Appellant's brief was originally due September 29, 2023. On October 3, 2023, this Court notified appellant's counsel, Kristin R. Brown, that appellant's brief was overdue, and we directed Ms. Brown to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief by October 13, 2023. As of the date of this order, appellant's brief has not been filed, and Ms. Brown has not filed a motion for extension of time to file the brief.

We ORDER Ms. Brown to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief on or before NOVEMBER 20, 2023. If appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief are not filed by that date, this Court may abate the appeals for the trial court to make findings in accordance with Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.8. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(b)(2).

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Tina Clinton, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 1, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
