Present — Martin, P.J., Townley, Glennon, Untermyer and Cohn, JJ.


Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by eliminating therefrom the requirement that there be included in the case on appeal all medical testimony and testimony showing the medical expenses incurred by the plaintiffs, and as so modified affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the appellants. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
