ORDER
Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge
This case is before the Court on petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed October 13, 2022. However, the motion does not indicate whether all parties to the case and potential witnesses have access to audio-video communication, nor does it indicate whether the motion has been discussed with all parties in the case and if there are any objections. The Court will deny petitioner's motion without prejudice. Petitioners may refile their motion providing the information requested on the form.
In view of the foregoing and because sufficient grounds have not been established at this time, it is
ORDERED that the Motion to Proceed Remotely is denied without prejudice.
