For the reasons stated in the companion case of Building Specialities, Incorporated v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, et al., 440 So.2d 984 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1983), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

Costs of this appeal are assessed to defendant-appellants, Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, one-half to each.

AFFIRMED.
