This case was called from the calendar during the Court's New Orleans, Louisiana trial session, on November 28, 2022, for a status conference. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioners. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. The case was continued, and as directed by the Court, respondent filed a Status Report on January 23, 2023.
