ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 5, 2023, in Boston, Massachusetts.

On May 15, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that a basis of settlement has been reached and respondent prepared decision documents, but petitioners became unresponsive as of May 12, 2023. Respondent was informed by the Appeals Officer that one of the petitioners travels often, and responses have previously been delayed. Respondent has requested an additional thirty (30) days in which to submit decision documents or a further status report.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 5, 2023, in Boston, Massachusetts. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 5, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
