ANTHONYWAN DESHAWN LACY, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 204th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause Nos. F16-14506-Q & F16-14507-Q

ORDER

We REINSTATE these appeals.

We abated the appeals for a hearing to determine why appellant's brief had not been filed. On February 8, 2018, the trial court's findings from its February 1st hearing were filed in this Court. We ADOPT the findings that: (1) appellant desires to prosecute these appeals; (2) appellant is indigent and represented by appointed counsel John Daniel Oliphant; and (3) Mr. Oliphant has been unable to complete the brief due to his heavy trial and appellate workload.

We ORDER appellant's brief due on or before March 16, 2018.
