MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated May 23, 2005, the Court directed appellant to pay the filing fee for this appeal. The letter warned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee within ten days of the date of the letter would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee.

By letter dated May 23, 2005, the Court directed appellant to file a proper docketing statement with the Court. Appellant was warned that failure to provide the proper docketing statement within ten days of the date of the letter would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not filed the proper docketing statement.

By letter dated May 24, 2005, the Court directed appellant to file an amended notice of appeal. The letter warned appellant that failure to provide the amended notice of appeal within thirty days of the date of the letter would result in dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not filed the amended notice of appeal.

Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.1.
