MEMORANDUM OPINION


On August 11, 2008, appellant Stephanie Lacy filed a notice of appeal in this case. On August 13, 2008, we notified appellant that the $175 filing fee was due and that if appellant failed to pay the fee within ten days, the appeal would be dismissed. By separate notification, on August 13, 2008, we notified appellant that if the docketing statement was not filed with the Court within ten days, the appeal would be dismissed. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or the docketing statement or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding this appeal.

Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 42.3(c).
