Lower Tribunal No(s). 4D06-4134.
The petition for writ of mandmaus is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Tippens v. State, 897 So. 2d 1278 (Fla. 2005) (stating that the supreme court lacks subject matter jurisdiction to review orders that do not "`contain a statement or citation effectively establishing a point of law upon which the decision rests'" (quoting Florida Star v. B.J.F., 530 So. 2d 286, 288 (Fla. 1988)); Grate v. State, 750 So. 2d 625 (Fla. 1999) (stating that the supreme court lacks discretionary or extraordinary writ jurisdiction to review per curiam decisions rendered without opinion).
