On October 25, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel seeking leave to withdraw Mariano R. Ardaya-Beecher as counsel for respondent in this case. In his motion respondent states that petitioners do not object to the granting of the motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion To Withdraw as Counsel is granted and Mariano R. Ardaya-Beecher is withdrawn as counsel for respondent in this case.
