ORDER

The appellee, Donna Lacour, filed a Motion to Suspend Briefing Delays asking that briefing delays be suspended pending this Court's receipt and consideration of a previously ordered per curiam opinion from the trial court setting forth the reasons for its finding that no just reason for delay existed and for certifying the judgment appealed as a partial final judgment under La. C.C.P. art. 1915(B). As the trial court timely provided the per curiam to this Court setting forth sufficient reasons for its certification of the judgment appealed as a partial final judgment under La. C.C.P. 1915(B), this motion is denied.
