LACORE ENTERPRISES, LLC, ET AL., Appellants v. CLAIRE ANGLES, ET AL., Appellees

On Appeal from the 380th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 380-01127-2021

ORDER

CRAIG SMITH JUSTICE.

A sealed supplemental clerk's record was filed in this appeal on September 20, 2021. Because the record did not reflect the trial court had signed an order, in accordance with Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 76a, authorizing the sealing of the record, we ordered the parties to provide written verification that they have filed a motion to seal and the trial court signed a sealing order meeting all the procedural requirements set forth in Rule 76a. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 76a. In response, the parties have informed the Court that they will not seek a sealing order in the trial court. Accordingly, we STRIKE the September 20 sealed supplemental clerk's record. We ORDER Collin County District Clerk Lynne Finley to file, WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, the supplemental clerk's record without seal. We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Finley and all parties.
