Appeal from the Circuit Court, Etowah County; O.A. Steele, Judge. Jewell Lackey was convicted of assault to murder, and appeals. Affirmed. J.Q. Smith, Atty. Gen., for the State.


There is no bill of exceptions. We find no error in the record, and the judgment is affirmed. Affirmed.
