DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant Nicholas M. for stay pending appeals and to expedite appeals.

Motion by appellant Nicholas M. for permission to proceed as a poor person.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person is granted, without costs, and the filing fees required by CPLR 8022 are waived, and it is further

ORDERED that, pursuant to CPLR 1102, the Clerk of the Family Court of Warren County is directed to furnish two copies of the transcripts of the stenographic minutes of all proceedings in the matters: one to appellant Nicholas M. along with a copy of any other paper or document on file in that office except those which appellant Nicholas M. or the court from which the appeal is taken determines are not material and relevant to the appeals, and the second copy of said transcripts to the Clerk of this Court, and the transcripts shall be omitted from the hard copy of the record, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to expedite the appeals is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending the appeals is referred to Justice Egan, who makes the following decision: Motion denied, without costs.
