ORDER

Pending before the Court is a motion filed by court-appointed counsel, Leonard Morales, to withdraw. Mr. Morales has determined that the appeal may be frivolous, but he requests that another attorney should be appointed to independently review whether Appellant was denied the right to effective assistance of counsel. The motion is GRANTED on the condition that Mr. Morales forward to Appellant a copy of this order as well as the trial court's order appointing new appellate counsel, and immediately notify Appellant, in writing, of any deadlines or settings. Further, the trial court is ORDERED to appoint counsel to represent Appellant on appeal. The trial court shall forward the order of appointment to the District Clerk of El Paso County, Texas on or before April 3, 2014. The District Clerk of El Paso County, shall prepare and file with this Court a Supplemental Clerk's Record to include said order of appointment on or before April 8, 2014.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 24th day of March, 2013.
