On March 14, 2022, petitioners filed a Letter, to which they attached letters testamentary appointing Rebecka Snell as personal representative for the Estate of Victor F. Labson, Deceased. On June 10, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption is granted in that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Estate of Victor F. Labson, Deceased, Rebecca Snell, Personal Representative, and Rebecca Snell, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
