ORDER
PER CURIAM
On November 29, 2023, this Court issued an order for mediation referral. The order required the mediation be held within sixty (60) days of the order. On January 17, 2024, a letter was filed advising the Court no resolution was reached.
Therefore, the Court ORDERS this appeal to continue, the appellate timetable suspension is lifted, and the Clerk's Record shall now be filed in this Court on or before February 16, 2024.
Further, the Court has this day filed the Reporter's Record (3 volumes + 1 exhibit volume), which was received December 13, 2023.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
