ORDER


This matter having come to be heard on the Motion of Plaintiffs Laborers' Pension Fund and Laborers' Welfare Fund of the Health and Welfare Department of the Construction and General Laborers' District Council of Chicago and Vicinity (the "Laborers' Funds") and James S. Jorgensen for Summary Judgment, due notice having been given, the motion having been fully briefed and the Court being fully advised in the premises,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. That default judgment in sum certain be and is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiffs and against Defendant Paragon Paving, Inc. and John w. Mozal (hereinafter "Defendants") in the amount of $17,624.88 representing unpaid contributions, dues, interest, liquidated damages and audit costs for the period of January 22, 2001 through September 30, 2002 in accordance with this Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order dated March 24, 2004.

2. Defendants are hereby ordered to pay post-judgment interest on all amounts set forth herein until they are paid to the Funds.

3. The Court retains jurisdiction to entertain a Motion for Attorneys' Fees and Costs brought by Plaintiffs in accordance with Local Rule 54.3 with ninety (90) days of the date of this Order.
