PER CURIAM.

Curtis Lamont Laboo appeals the order of restitution entered in favor of the victim in this case. Based on the lack of legally sufficient proof to support the present restitution award, we reverse the final order and remand this cause to the trial court to conduct a new evidentiary hearing on this matter.

This case was transferred from the Second District Court of Appeal to this Court on January 1, 2023.

REVERSED and REMANDED with instructions.
