ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the February 22, 2022, Washington, DC, Trial Session of the Court.

On February 1, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report stating that on January 26, 2022, the Appeals Officer notified respondent that the case had been sent for revised computations to prepare decision documents. Respondent has not received the computations and the parties need additional time to prepare and submit stipulated decision documents.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's February 22, 2022, Washington, DC, Trial Session. Petitioners are not expected to appear at the Zoomgov calendar call on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction will be retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 4, 2022, the parties shall submit a stipulated decision document or file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
