Stan Laber, Appellant Pro Se.

UNPUBLISHED

Submitted: June 28, 2022

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Richmond. Henry E. Hudson, Senior District Judge. (3:21-cv-00502-HEH)

Stan Laber, Appellant Pro Se.

Before NIEMEYER and HEYTENS, Circuit Judges, and TRAXLER, Senior Circuit Judge.

Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM

Stan Laber appeals the district court's order granting Defendant's motion to dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) and dismissing Laber's employment discrimination complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Laber v. U.S. Dep't of Def., No. 3:21-cv-00502-HEH (E.D. Va. Dec. 13, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
