949 So. 2d 672 (La. Ct. App. 2007)

Opinion

No. 2006 CU 2207.

February 9, 2007.

Appeal from the 17th Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of Lafourche State of Louisiana District Court No. 101070. The Honorable Ashly Bruce Simpson, Judge Presiding.

Aaron J. Labat, Gonzales, La., Plaintiff/Appellee, Appearing Pro Se.

Rachel C. Marinovich, New Orleans, La., Counsel for Defendant/Appellant, Stacey Z. Labat.

BEFORE: CARTER, C.J., WHIPPLE AND McDONALD, JJ.

Stacy Z. Labat appeals the trial court judgment denying her requests for modification of the original custody decree, an increase in child support, and an award of final periodic spousal support.

Following a thorough review, we conclude the record does not demonstrate that the judgments of the trial court are legally incorrect or clearly wrong, or that the trial court abused its discretion in resolving these matters. Thus, in accordance with Uniform Rules — Courts of Appeal, Rule 2-16.2A(5), (6), (7), and (8), we affirm the judgment below by summary disposition and assess all costs associated with this appeal against appellant, Stacey Z. Labat.

AFFIRMED.
