WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. Relator failed to comply with Rule 4-5, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, specifically, Rule 4-5(C)(1), (5), (6), (8), (10) and (11), by not identifying the exhibits listed in the index; and by not including assignments of error, a copy of the judgment complained of, a copy of the motion to sever on which the ruling at issue was founded, the pertinent court minutes, a file-stamped copy of the notice of intent, or a signed return date order.
Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. Rules 4-9 and 2-18.7, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal.
In the event relator seeks to file a new application with this Court, it must contain all pertinent documentation, and must comply with Rule 2-12.2, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. Any new application must be filed on or before May 2, 2017, and must contain a copy of this ruling.
