In Re: Occidental Chemical Corporation, applying for supervisory writs, 23rd Judicial District Court, Parish of Assumption, No. 33796. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., GUIDRY AND McCLENDON, JJ.
WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. Relator Occidental Chemical Corporation failed to comply with Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-2, which requires that a writ application include a filed notice of intent to file the writ application. Furthermore, relator failed to comply with Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-3, which requires the writ application contain a signed return date order from the district court. Additionally, relator failed to include a copy of the signed judgment, a violation of Rule 4-5(C)(6), a copy of the trial court's reasons for judgment, a violation of Rule 4-5(C)(7), and a copy of all pertinent courts minutes, a violation of Rule 4-5(C)(10). Lastly, the entire writ application was not properly paginated, a violation of Rule 4-4(B).
Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. Rules 2-18.7 & 4-9, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal.
Any future filing on the issues presented in this writ application should include the entire contents of this application, the omitted items as noted above, and a copy of this ruling. Further, in the event relator elects to file a new application with this Court, the application shall be filed on or before August 16, 2016.
