Appeal, No. 104, Jan. T., 1972, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1971, No. 3402, in case of Laboratory Employees Guild v. Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania et al. Decree affirmed; reargument refused July 31, 1972.

Equity.

Order entered sustaining defendants' preliminary objections and complaint dismissed, order by CODY, J. Plaintiff appealed.
