Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, upon the ground that the evidence shows that the causes of action are against Crawford Co. and not against Crawford individually. Woodward, Jenks, Burr and Thomas JJ., concurred; Hirschberg, P.J., dissented.
