Plaintiff appeals from an order in the action first above-entitled denying his motion to amend the final judgment therein by including a provision at the foot thereof that he recover of Sanford Hotel Corporation the sum of $5,750 and interest, awarded as attorney's fees and expenses on plaintiff's application made after entry of said judgment, and from an order in the second above-entitled action denying his motion to require the temporary receiver therein to pay over said sum. Orders affirmed, with one bill of $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Wenzel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ., concur. [See post, p. 920.]
