In Re: Louisiana State Legislature, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 592231. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, DRAKE, AND CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. The district court's September 24, 2014 order granting the Motion for Leave to Amend Petition for Declaratory Judgment on Behalf of Class filed by James M. Field, Lambert C. Boissiere, III, and Dennis Kelley, in their individual capacities, is hereby vacated. The matter is remanded and the district court is ordered to conduct a contradictory hearing on the motion. See La. Code Civ. P. art. 963.
