In Re: Louisiana Oil & Gas Association, Inc., applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 626798. BEFORE: GUIDRY, WELCH, AND THERIOT, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART WITH ORDER. That part of the trial court's judgment of March 10, 2014 that dismisses with prejudice the Petition for Declaratory Judgment and Injunctive Relief filed by relator, Louisiana Oil & Gas Association, is a final, appealable judgment. The application for Writ of Mandamus filed by the Louisiana Oil & Gas Association, Inc., therefore, is granted and the Nineteenth Judicial District Court hereby is ordered to grant relator's Motion and Order for Appeal, filed on September 26, 2014 on or before March 25, 2015. In all other respects, the writ is denied.
