In an action to acquire a lien upon real property which descended to the heirs of an intestate who was indebted to plaintiff, order denying motion to dismiss the complaint for insufficiency affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to appellants to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Lewis, JJ., concur.
