Trespass for personal injuries. Before DAVIS, J., specially presiding. Verdict in favor of plaintiffs, Zoe Kyriakos, and Aleko Kyriakos, and against defendants. Motions of plaintiffs and additional defendant for judgment n.o.v. denied, and motions of plaintiffs for new trial granted. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1153, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, Feb. T., 1976, No. 165. Argued September 14, 1978.
