Application for leave to appeal from the Circuit Court for Montgomery County (MATHIAS, J.).

Alphonso W. Kyles instituted a proceeding under the Post Conviction Procedure Act, and from a denial of relief, he applied for leave to appeal.

Application denied.

Before PRESCOTT, C.J., and HAMMOND, HORNEY, MARBURY, BARNES and McWILLIAMS, JJ.


Decided February 3, 1966.


For the reasons assigned in Judge Mathias' opinion below, the application for leave to appeal will be denied.
