ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's New York, New York, trial session scheduled to commence on February 5, 2024.

On January 11, 2024, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. The Commissioner states that petitioner has been nonresponsive to his communication attempts to resolve this case.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's Motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 29, 2024, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to the Commissioner's Motion. Failure to file an objection may result in the Court granting the Commissioner's Motion. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve this Order on Chun Yiu Kwok c/o Henry Zheng, 7-8 Chatham Square, Suite 302, New York, New York 10038.
