By Order dated May 28, 1997, this case was transferred to the suspense docket and closed for administrative purposes after the Court became aware that the defendant had filed a petition for relief under the Bankruptcy Code. Since then, the most recent submission made to the court was a letter from plaintiff's counsel dated July 14, 1999. Accordingly, this case is dismissed for failure to prosecute.
