Before the Court is appellee's December 23, 2024 unopposed third motion for an extension of time to file its brief. Appellee seeks a twenty-day extension.
We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief filed no later than January 13, 2025. Because the brief was first due October 23, 2024, we caution that further extension requests will not be granted absent exigent circumstances.
