Action to recover damages for tortious interference with the plaintiffs' broadcasting business, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Ansonia-Milford and tried to the court, O'Sullivan, J.; judgment for the plaintiffs, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
