Action to recover damages for the alleged breach of a construction contract, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the defendants filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the matter was tried to the court, Hammer, J.; judgment for the plaintiff on the complaint and on the counterclaim, from which the defendants appealed to this court. Affirmed.
