An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 3, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And the proposed amici curiae The Public Advocate of the City New York and a number of elected officials having moved for leave to submit a brief in support of plaintiffs-respondents, and the parties having stipulated to additional relief on or about September 15, 2017, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion including the stipulation, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the 9 copies of the amicus brief, included with the motion papers as filed with is Court. The request for leave to argue on behalf of the proposed amicus curiae is denied. The request to file opposition to the briefs of the amici, set forth in paragraphs two and three of the parties' stipulation, is denied.
