KUY KY & MONIE KY, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the Court's September 12, 2021 San Francisco, California trial calendar. It raises a very large number of substantiation questions for both deductions and income. Petitioners have produced records to respondent's counsel, but IRS management recently put a different lawyer on the case and this has caused some delay. They parties reasonably ask to report again in January if they haven't settled. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before January 13, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report describing their progress in settling the case or narrowing the issues to be tried
