This case was calendared for trial at the Court's February 14, 2022, San Francisco trial session. On January 24, 2022, the parties filed pretrial memoranda informing the Court that this case is likely to settle. On March 25, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report informing the Court that the "parties are hopeful that with additional time, the parties will be able to resolve all issues in this case or narrow the issues for trial." To keep the Court informed of the status of this case, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint status report by May 27, 2022. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report 1
