PETER J. PANUTHOS SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE

On August 8, 2024, Erik M. Sternberg filed an Entry of Appearance as counsel for respondent. Upon review, however, although petitioners receive paper service, no certificate of service showing that petitioners were served is attached to that Entry of Appearance.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 9, 2024, respondent shall file an appropriate certificate of service with respect to the above-described Entry of Appearance. Respondent is advised that it is not necessary to refile the Entry of Appearance.
