ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING DOCKET NO. 63355
On June 11, 2013, petitioner filed a proper person petition for writ of prohibition, or in the alternative, mandamus, which was docketed in this court as Docket No. 63355. On June 18, 2013, petitioner filed a second proper person petition for writ of prohibition, or in the alternative, mandamus which was docketed in this court as Docket No. 63396.
It appears petitioner intended to correct the district court information on her first filing rather than docket a new matter in this court.
On June 18, 2013, petitioner filed a motion to dismiss the petition in Docket No. 63355. In light of this order, petitioner's motion to dismiss petition is denied as moot.
Accordingly, Docket No. 63355 shall be administratively closed and the petition for writ and the filing fee shall be transferred from Docket No. 63355 to Docket No. 63396.
It is so ORDERED.
