Motion to dismiss appeal from order of June 29, 1931, granted, with ten dollars costs. Motion for extension of time in which to perfect appeal from the judgment is granted, and the plaintiff, appellant's time to perfect his appeal is extended to and including October 20, 1931. In the event that defendant's Exhibit "A" is located by defendant's attorney it may be used upon the argument of the appeal with the same force and effect as if printed in the record.
