ORDER

Courtney D. Jones, Judge

This case is on the calendar of the Court's March 18, 2024, trial session for Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Respondent filed a Motion to Remand and Motion for Continuance on December 11, 2023 (Docs. 18 and 19). Respondent informed the Court that petitioner objects to the granting of respondent's Motion to Remand and Motion for Continuance.

The same day, respondent filed a Motion for Extension of Time (Doc. 20). Respondent requests an extension of time to file the administrative record pursuant to Tax Court Rule 93. Respondent informed the Court that petitioner does not object to the granting of respondent's Motion for Extension of Time.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time is granted and respondent is relieved from filing the Administrative Record pending further direction by the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 19, 2024, petitioner shall file an objection or response to respondent's Motion to Remand and Motion for Continuance.
