This case was on the Court's May 1, 2023 San Francisco, California trial calendar. The parties recently reported without much specificity that they continue to diligently work towards a settlement. Due to the large dollar amount of the adjustments involved, however, respondent's counsel requires approval from a higher level before he can accept any proposed settlement. It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before September 29, 2023 the parties shall submit decision documents or file a status report describing any progress.
