MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE: MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

The plaintiff in this case, John Kulick, has brought an action against the City of Hartford alleging breach of contract.

The City has brought a motion for summary judgment.

The motion for summary judgment is denied.

No certified copy of the requests for admissions has been filed. The memorandum refers to documents "appended to this memo" but there were no documents attached to the motion nor are there any in the court's file. In addition to the above, the memorandum contains a list of interoffice memos, reports and letters, eighteen in all, but contains no explanatory information as to their relationship to the issues in this case. While this memo has an accurate statement of the law with respect to a motion for summary judgment, as it stands it is meaningless to the court.
